SHIPPING

Shipping is via USPS.  Insurance can be added for an additional charge.  Please convo me if you would like to add insurance on your purchase.  Each item (unless stated otherwise) is created from scratch after your purchase.  Please allow up to 2 weeks before shipment. I may need an additional 3-4 days to order supplies for custom orders. 

REFUNDS AND EXCHANGES
No returns or exchanges. That being said, I will make every effort to make both you and your dog jump with joy! Rest assured, if a mistake is made on my end, I will gladly work with you to ensure your dog is dressed and ready for the "Red Carpet"! 

WHOLESALE
I do offer wholesale and drop ship pricing to retail pet boutiques.  Please convo me for a copy of my current shop policies and line sheet.

SHIPMENT TIME
All my items are handmade and will vary slightly. I do spend a great deal of time creating and perfecting each and every unique item that I make.  Please allow 1 to 2 weeks for the creation of your custom item.

MEASURING YOUR PET
Do not worry, measuring your pet will be easy :)
Please refer to section called "Measuring your Doggie".  It will show a very helpful diagram on where to measure.

Remember to use a soft tape measure and account for the extra "fluff" your dog may have in between groomings (or from over indulging during the holidays).

SUBSTITUTIONS

If a trim, accent fabric, or ribbon is unavailable or has been discontinued, a similar product will be substituted.
